The 30 Core Competencies here at Calvary are a simple way to track and measure growth as we seek to grow fruitful followers in Christ. As seen in the chart, these competencies break into two large groupings: focusing half of our efforts on loving God, and the other half on loving people. Each half is then divided into the beliefs, practices, and virtues we hold as being key to a well-rounded, spiritual person. In being able to whole-heartedly know, agree with, and live out each of these core competencies, you will indeed be transformed into a Fruitful Follower of Christ! |
